With our Large Group Tour Experience, all wine tastings and lunch are pre-arranged. The day is structured around 3 stops in total:

  1. Tasting Stop 1 – Wine tasting at a premium winery
  2. Tasting Stop 2 – Wine tasting at a second winery
  3. Lunch Stop – Extended 2-hour lunch with wine tasting

Please note: Stop locations are selected based on your group size and availability. While we aim to visit specific wineries, stops may occasionally be unavailable. Alternative venues will be provided to ensure your day is complete and memorable.

Lunch and tasting options will cater to your group’s preferences, including vegetarian choices, so you can relax and enjoy world-class wines and regional cuisine without worrying about timing or reservations.

Our system gives large groups the flexibility of exploring the Barossa Valley without the stress of driving:

  • Hop on or off at the 3 pre-booked stops
  • Stay 1 hour at each tasting stop and 2 hours at the lunch stop
  • If the group wants to spend extra time at a stop, you can hop on a later bus at the scheduled pickup
  • Move at your own pace while enjoying a structured, guided experience
  • Maximise wine purchases and sightseeing without worrying about logistics
